Stefano Poli, Chief Executive Officer

Stefano develop an extended experience as international Chief Executive Officer, with a particular knowledge of the Asian markets and business dynamics. After initial experiences in R&D, Project Manager and Commercial positions by Italcementi and Italtel, working mainly in Europe and South and Central America, he then joined Pirelli cable division, which later on became Prysmian with different senior managerial position within firstly in Italy and Europe and then in Indonesia, South East Asia and Asia Pacific, where he was working very closely with Telecom and Energy business. He then led a turnaround project for a chemical intermediate Asian group, Continental Group and starting from May 2012 he joined Electro Power Systems as Chief Executive Officer. Stefano is based in Singapore, where is also President and Chairman respectively of the European Chamber of Commerce and EU-ASEAN Business Council. A professional Engineer, he graduated in Engineering of Materials by Trento University and he got a PhD in Science of Material by NorthWestern University.

Giuseppe Donagemma, Chairman

Giuseppe (Beppe) is an executive with more than 15 years’ experience in the ITC industry, with a background that entails managing several key accounts and organizations throughout the world.
He started his career in 1993 working in China as project manager and then joined Nokia, where he covered several executive positions in sales, marketing and general management. Since 2009 he has been heading the Europe region of Nokia Siemens Networks, the biggest unit of the company. He holds a non degree Executive Masters in Strategy and Leadership, as well as a degree in Electronic Engineering.

Paolo Ciccarelli, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member

After graduating as a Topper in the University of Ca' Foscari in 1982 in Business Administration , Paolo first began an academic career with the University of Rome before moving into auditing and consulting until 1990. Moved to Milan, from 1994, Paolo held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Borsa Italiana Group and of Executive Director of most of its companies. After the merger with the London Stock Exchange, he was appointed Director of Finance of the new group. In June 2008, he entered Barclays Bank Plc as Chief Financial Officer GRB Italy and Chairman of Barclays Family SpA. In October 2010, he left Barclays and started his professional firm managing as advisors or Executive Director in medium size companies. With this immense experience Paolo now serves a Chief Financial Officer and Board Member effective from May 2012.

Giuseppe Gianolio, Co-founder and VP of Sales

After his PhD in electrical engineering, he led the Environment Park-HySy lab, Italy’s leading fuel cell technology centre. Giuseppe is a long-time expert on hydrogen and fuel cells, with extended studies focusing on the use of hydrogen-generated power.

Ilaria Rosso, Co-founder and VP of IP Policy and Public Programs

Ilaria holds a PhD in chemistry and is an expert in both fuel processing techniques and fuel cells. Since 2002, Rosso has published several research and analysis papers at industry conferences and within international journals focusing on the chemical processes involved in hydrogen technologies.
